The Lowell MacMillan Rochester Radio History Room in the Bill Givens Center of St. John Fisher College's Lavery Library preserves the sounds of yesterday for the students of today and tomorrow.
The radio room contains rare artifacts such as early radios, transmitters and microphones, transcriptions, program schedules, magazines and pamphlets, and almost 200 photographs relating to the early days of Rochester radio. Video and audio tapes of area personalities such as Mort Nusbaum, Inez M. Quinn, Art Kelly, and the man for whom the room is named are also stored there.
